What the concierge fee covers
There are four concierge plans — Light, Basic, Secure, and Premium. The basic concierge fee includes the full settling-in support package. ※ The new Light plan does not include the settling-in support package.
- Property proposals and reservation, plus support through the contract procedure
- Real-estate brokerage fee included
- Move-in support: living support before and after move-in, guidance on paperwork
- Move-out procedure guidance and help when trouble comes up
※ Actual costs such as repairs or replacements are paid by the customer.
You can pay the service fee by credit card, bank transfer, or HeartStay's secure HeartPay.
Cancellation & refund policy
Please read this before you pay.
Under Korean real-estate law, a provisional contract deposit or booking deposit cannot be refunded once it has been paid, even if you cancel afterwards.
The concierge fee is refunded at 50%. Refunds taken as HeartPay points come with an extra benefit.
- Cancellation from contract / reservation up to just before move-in: 50% of the concierge fee refunded
- Cancellation on move-in day or later: the concierge fee is not refundable
